There are a total of nine schools, specializing in one thing. The education system also follows a different pattern. After their schooling in magic arts, they are expected to opt for such career options. Population which can perform the magic art is expected to be enrolled in some sort of magical school. There is a group of Ten Master Clans who govern the citizens in Japan, instead of government officials. Though it’s a magical world, the number of people having access to such power is very limited. The story explores the power group in Japan and their administration using both magical power and technology. The war also results in limiting power, particularly to four nations- The United States of North America, the New Soviet Union, the Great Asian Alliance, and Japan.
World War third takes place in the alternate world, reducing the population to a very less number. The plot has been set in an altogether different world.
