If the card is already installed and thinks it is an ASUS wireless card, how is installing TP Link software going to help? I've tried installing the TP Link drivers from the supplied CD, and it seems to do its little install thing but doesn't ask me for anything which seems odd, then just says its finished. The wireless card is definitely on, and it can see my network - however when I try to connect it thinks about it for a while, decides "you cannot connect to this network" or whatever the windows 10 message is, and then the network disappears from those available for about 5 seconds. I can't actually see what it says on the card itself since it's close to the graphics card and under the massive CPU fan and I can't get my head close enough to see without taking it out, which I'd like to avoid! The strange thing is, the device shows up as an ASUS PCE AC68 whereas the PCSpecialist shop shows it as a TP Link Archer T9E - and TP Link software was supplied. I am however having a problem with the wireless card.* I went for the fast WIRELESS 802.11 AC1900 1,300Mbps/5GHz, 600Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD in my order. I've just had my nice shiny new PC and it's very nice and shiny and new in general. Confusion reigns in the robwal852 household.
